Winter Garden

Just a short drive west of Orlando, you will find one of Central Florida’s most captivating cities full of style, charm and history. The city of Winter Garden was formerly a citrus town for the most part of the 20th century. In the early 2000s, after the decline of the citrus industry, many developers rejuvenated the downtown district which has now become a celebrated mix of small town living and trendy new businesses. They have done a phenomenal job in preserving its heritage while expanding and adding growth. It is now home to more than 49,000 residents and is the epitome of Florida living.

Winter Garden’s historic downtown has been the perfect backdrop for series such as “The Right Stuff’ produced by Leonardo Dicaprio, among others. It attracts many locals as well as tourists with its many shops and restaurants. It’s always bustling with activity and a great place to experience with family or a fun night out. Enjoy productions at the Garden Theater, stroll through the weekly farmer’s market, enjoy fine dining at restaurants such as Chef’s Table, Market to Table or grab a slice of pizza at the Winter Garden Pizza Company for a quick bite.

Of course we can’t ignore the award winning West Orange trail that runs right through the middle of downtown. With a 22-mile radius and one of Florida’s most popular trails, it connects small communities and suburban neighborhoods throughout the city. Much like its neighboring city of Clermont, this trail attracts cyclist enthusiasts and many families alike.

Being in close proximity to many of our big attractions, Orlando Airport and larger cities, Winter Garden has become a prominent location and continues to rapidly grow. Keeping up with the growing population has brought on many housing developments in the area with the average home worth $615K. If you wish to settle down in this beautiful city, contact our team.
