Originally from the state of Maryland, Maureen made her way down to Florida in 2005 like many of our transplant residents here in the Sunshine state. The years she spent here allowed her to really understand the Florida lifestyle and enjoy some of the amazing things our state has to offer. She went on to study Forensic Psychology and had a career she loved as a Crime/Intelligence Analyst in Law Enforcement until later on she found a new passion in real estate.
Her early years in real estate led her back up north where she got licensed in Virginia, Maryland and DC. Spending half of her career in these states and working a majority of it in the DC Metro area allowed her to work in one of the most cut throat markets in the country. This turned out to be considerable exposure in preparation for the market that was to hit Florida after 2020. Now, with over 11 years of experience in the industry, growing through tough markets, and using her investigative background, she has been able to provide an effective and advantageous home buying experience for our clients during one of the most intense real estate periods in the
State of Florida.
Something that brings Maureen the most joy is educating her clients. She loves being able to prepare new home buyers, leaving them confident and excited for the road ahead. Working heavily with sellers – she helps them understand how to build the most equity and present their homes on the market for the best return on investment. And lastly working with investors, helping them analyze potential deals that will maximize their profits. She always makes herself available to answer any questions they may have and truly enjoys talking about all things real estate.
After getting married and starting her family with Minh, they relocated back to Florida in 2018 to fully pursue real estate in Central Florida. When not helping clients build wealth through real estate, you can find them trying out new restaurants (don’t even get her started on the best fajitas), spending the day at the beach, hanging out at the theme parks, checking out the local events, and visiting all the zoos and museums. They truly enjoy the lifestyle here and appreciate all the things they can delight in with their two children.

Although our clients may not ever see or hear from Minh during their time working with our team, his role brings our sellers an advantage when marketing their home. After spending most of his childhood in Virginia, his family moved to Florida in 1996 where he went on to finish school and eventually get his bachelors in education. Throughout his decade in teaching he fell in love with photography and video creation which allowed him to later on become a highly rated wedding filmmaker in Central Florida. After marrying Maureen and seeing how video can make an immense impact in her real estate career, they made the decision to redirect his skills to the real estate company.
Now, he focuses on creating video content for our social media platforms and website as well as creating beautiful home tour videos for our sellers. He’s been a key part in helping our team move forward with video and teaching us how it has become a major form of marketing to the new generations. Seller’s can feel comfortable knowing they have a marketing tool with professional quality and results that will elevate their listing and attract buyers in our era of internet consumption.
When he’s not holding his camera or doing research for our team, you can find Minh hitting up our local boba tea spot, Teamont Boba, skateboarding through our local trails, trying out new foods, or spending time with his beautiful family.
